Growing flower and vegetable seedlings is often associated with various difficulties. Young plants experience stress due to drafts, daily temperature fluctuations, and weathering. Selection of dosage
For young plants, amber is used in a low dosage to avoid causing harm. It is most convenient to dilute the drug released in tablets. Before preparing the solution, 5 tablets of succinic acid are crushed to a powder and dissolved in 100 ml of warm water.
The composition is stirred until the substance dissolves (a small sediment may remain at the bottom of the container). Then the volume of the concentrate is adjusted to 5 liters by adding clean (bottled, filtered, melted) water. The solution is used within a few hours after preparation; it is not stored for a long time.
The stimulant is used in two ways. The solution can be watered on the ground or used to spray seedlings.
Watering seedlings
It makes no sense to use a stimulant for tiny seedlings. The preparation is used when the plants grow a little. During the period of seedlings being in the house, they are watered with succinic acid 3 times:
- 3 days after picking for the purpose of rapid adaptation and restoration of roots;
immediately before planting in the garden, a solution is used at a concentration of 2 g per liter of water to reduce the level of stress in the seedlings.

Spraying on the leaf
Gardeners consider spraying seedlings with amber to be a resuscitation measure. This method is advisable to use after severe stress. For example, if the seedlings have suffered from a fungal infection or have been attacked by pests. In this case, spraying is combined with watering.
Treatment with a stimulant will also help if the plants have been flooded, suffered from a draft or sunburn. The advantage of this method over watering is that the positive effect appears much faster.
