Yellow Crystal
Kristalon is a complex preparation that contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Microelements help improve metabolism and photosynthesis. Treatment of bushes should be carried out according to the instructions in compliance with the dosage. For young seedlings it is recommended to use a dry form of the drug, and for adult seedlings - in the form of a solution.
Fertica
The composition of the drug includes macro- and microelements. Tomato feeding is carried out using root treatment, i.e. watering. To obtain a positive result, it is recommended to dilute the drug according to the instructions, use it not once, but in a course (3-4 times).
Athlete
Athlete is a plant growth regulator. Sold in the form of a solution. It causes shortening and thickening of the stem part, increasing the width of the leaf blade. Used for watering and spraying, starting from phase 3 of the true leaf. Bushes are processed every 6–8 days, the total number is 3–4. The drug belongs to class 3 and is not capable of harming bees and soil.
Pennant
Vympel is a comprehensive and environmentally friendly growth stimulator. To water weak bushes, a solution is used: 20 g of Pennant per 1 liter of liquid. Can be used throughout the growing season. Pennant combines well with pesticides and other growth stimulants, as well as with mineral fertilizers.
Organic
Organic fertilizers contain large amounts of iron, nitrogen, magnesium, phosphorus and other useful elements that tall and thin seedlings need. The most effective means are manure, peat and bird droppings.
Manure
Manure is not recommended to be used fresh; it must be rotted (1–2 years). For seedlings it is used in liquid form: 2–4 kg per 10 liters of liquid. The mixture is infused for 8–15 days.
Peat
Peat is purchased at a specialized store. Used for mulching and fertilizing the soil. The seedlings are transplanted into the prepared soil. It is recommended to add peat in the fall.
Bird droppings
To properly feed seedlings, you need to maintain proportions. If the litter is purchased in a store, it is used according to the instructions. If the droppings are domestic, then after planting the seedlings it is necessary to dilute 0.2 kg of dry or 0.5 kg of wet product in 10 liters of water, taking into account per 1 square meter. m.
Traditional methods
Folk remedies are also highly effective and do not require additional costs. The main condition is compliance with the dosage.
Yeast
Both dry and raw yeast are used to feed weak tomatoes. To prepare the solution, you must adhere to the following technology:
- dissolve yeast in warm water;
- Be sure to use sugar.
Yeast can be used as an independent remedy or in combination with tinctures. A good option for feeding weak tomatoes is yeast + hops. It is allowed to use an infusion of droppings (0.5 kg), ash (0.5 kg), water (10 l) and dry yeast (10 g). The product is infused for 5-7 days, then diluted in proportion - take 2 liters of water per liter of product.
Hydrogen peroxide, iodine
Pharmacy products help cope with diseases and strengthen bushes. For tomatoes, it is recommended to use a concentrate:
- 30 drops of hydrogen peroxide per 200 ml of water - for root treatment;
- 2–5 drops of iodine per 1 liter of liquid – for foliar treatment.
It is allowed to re-feed after 7–9 days, but only if signs are present.
To cope with problematic seedlings, you need to feed them regularly. To do this, it is recommended to use drugs or traditional methods that are environmentally friendly.
