In addition to the active ingredient, its composition includes: starch, molasses, magnesium stearate and gelatin. This allows the medicine to effectively fight fungi and viruses. Its use in gardening is also made attractive by the fact that the product is harmless to humans and the fruits of treated plants can be eaten.
Treatment of cabbage vascular bacteriosis
A sign of vascular bacteriosis in cabbage is blackening of the veins and yellowness of the leaves, starting from the edge and reaching the middle of the leaf. A transverse section reveals blackened vessels.
To treat this bacterial disease, plants are sprayed with metronidazole once every ten days. The solution is prepared in several stages:
- crush 20 tablets of the drug;
- dissolve in a glass of warm water;

Treatment of bacterial cancer of tomatoes

This disease does not damage the fruit but affects the leaves. Yellow spots appear on them, and a velvety gray coating with a brown tint forms on the reverse side. As the disease progresses, the plants dry out and new ovaries do not form.
For treatment, tomatoes are sprayed with a solution prepared 20 minutes before the start. 15 tablets of the product are dissolved in 10 liters of water, and a bottle of brilliant green is poured out. Treatment is carried out in the morning and evening throughout the plant.
For prevention, tomatoes are watered at the beginning of the growing season with the same solution, only without adding brilliant green.
