Christina

If it is possible to use the crop, Christina's bushes are universal, that is, their fruits can be used both fresh and processed.
The advantages of “Christina” are:

This strawberry is characterized by a large number of wide, erect leaves. The bushes turn out to be large. These plants are universal in the use of berries. They are characterized by a cherry-red color, medium density and red flesh.

Typical characteristics of Izannitsa plants are the cone-shaped berries and the presence of a pronounced neck. The skin is purple in color and has a noticeable shine.
The pulp is usually dense. Fruit weight - 15-30 g. The taste is sweet and sour, they have a pleasant aroma.
Festival
Mid-season strawberries of Russian selection. It was developed in the middle of the 20th century.Festival got its name in honor of the festival of youth and students. The Festivalnaya harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, for making jams, freezing, that is, a universal variety. Festivalnaya bushes are tall due to long leaves and have dense foliage.
The peduncles are thick with a large number of white flowers. Strawberries have an elongated oval shape and are easily separated from the stalk. The plants are large-fruited, the first fruits weigh up to 40 g, the subsequent ones become smaller up to 20 grams. The pulp is firm enough to be transported, yet relatively tender. The color of the berries is red-scarlet. The seeds are on the surface of the berries. The taste of the pulp is sweet with a slight sourness. The bushes are considered frost-resistant. With good shelter, plants can withstand cold winters.
