Flowers are the main decoration of a country plot, especially when they grow in beautifully designed flower beds.
Fencing for flower beds performs such important functions as:

Natural stone fencing
This is a natural and durable material. Flowers in a flowerbed with a stone fence look organic. A smooth line of the fence will make the flower garden more picturesque.
You can simply make a fence of stones for an existing area with flowers or build a new flower bed. In the second case, it is worth deciding on the shape in advance, marking the line along which the stone will be laid, and digging a trench under it.
You can create structures of different heights. And not only individual flower beds, but also compositions.
The only disadvantage of the stone is that over time it subsides deeper into the earth.
Wooden fence
A miniature wooden fence looks cozy and aesthetically pleasing.To make it, you can use available materials, for example, an old baseboard.
First you need to decide how high the fence is needed (usually 30–35 cm), then saw off the required number of pegs, process it - make one edge, which will be inserted into the ground, sharp. For structural strength, the pegs must be dug or driven into the ground to a depth of 5–10 cm. For even alignment, you should use a level.

Board fencing
Wooden boards make an excellent fence for a flower bed. And it’s not at all difficult to do. Having decided on the dimensions, you need to cut the boards to size and then connect them.
To extend the service life of the structure, the wood should first be treated with a special impregnation.
Multi-level wooden flower beds made from blanks that are placed on top of each other, forming several tiers, look original. The tiers need to be fastened together.
Tree trunk flower bed
This original and environmentally friendly design will wonderfully decorate the area. The advantages of such a flower bed are simplicity, natural appearance and the ability to be moved to another place.
To make it, you need to find a suitable tree trunk, cut a hole in it, line the bottom with polyethylene and fill it with layers of stone, sand and soil. Then plant flowers.
Flower garden from an old bathroom
Another extraordinary solution would be to adapt an old bathtub under a flowerbed. This way you can not only create a stunningly beautiful flower corner, but also get rid of trash.
You can completely bury the bathtub, cover it with earth and plant flowers in it. Either put it on legs in the intended place, paint the outer walls or make original decor (ornament, mosaic, etc.).
An old bathtub can also make a great little pond. To do this, you need to dig a hole according to the size of the bathtub, prepare 2 wooden plugs wrapped in fabric and insert them into the drain holes, then place the bathtub in the hole and fill it with water. You can lay stones around the perimeter, and plant water lilies in the pond itself.
Flower beds with lush flowers and interesting fences will help give a finished and stylish look to your summer cottage. When designing, it is advisable to adhere to a single style so that all elements are harmoniously combined with each other.
