Every year new varieties of hybrid peppers for open ground appear on the shelves, marked F1 on the packaging. Many gardeners cannot decide what is better to choose - a variety or a hybrid. And some people don’t understand what F1 means on the packaging and prefer to choose varieties without this mark. But in fact, the F1 mark means that this is the best pepper hybrid, more resistant to cold and disease, and shows high yield characteristics and fruit quality.
