The round berries of a rich dark cherry color have an average size and weight of about 3.7-4 g.The juicy, dense pulp is distinguished by an insignificant amount of acid for the culture - 1-1.5%.

Volochaevka

It is unique in its kind, as it was bred by crossing such old and popular varieties as Vladimirovka and Lyubitelskaya. Volochaevka was included in the State Register in 1997.

Small, smooth berries weighing up to 4 g differ in sugar content within 10%. Volochaevka belongs to the Morel group due to the rich red color of the skin and juice. The pulp has a dense structure, has a bright sweet-sour taste, aromatic and juicy. Tasting score – 4.7 points.

A dessert variety, it is a hybrid of the Valery Chkalov cherry and the Griot Ostgeimsky cherry. Included in the State Register in 2010. Berries contain up to 11.7% sugar, acid - 1.03%.

Flat-round, large fruits with smooth thin skin of dark red color have a mass of 5 to 7 g. The pulp is unusually juicy, with a pronounced sweet taste and barely noticeable sourness. The quirk earned a tasting score of 4.7 points.

Shy

One of the most delicious dessert cherries is Shy. Fruits weighing 4.5 g contain acids - 0.86%, sugars - 11.2%. The variety was included in the State Register in 2014.

The color of the skin of the fruit is very rich, dark red, almost black. Dense, rich red flesh, soft and juicy. Thanks to its amazing taste and aroma, Shyness received a high tasting score of 5.0 points.

Ksenia

Refers to new large-fruited varieties for dessert purposes. It is a hybrid of the Valery Chkalov cherry and the Nord Star cherry, entered into the State Register in 2012.The sugar content in the berries is 8.0%, acid - 1.1%.

The berries are large (weighing up to 9 g) and are characterized by a rounded flat shape and a rich red skin color. The dark red juicy pulp is dense in structure, somewhat grainy, and has a bright taste. Taster rating: 4.7 points.
