Potholders

In order to make a potholder, it is enough to cut two identical squares or rectangles (20 by 20 or 10 by 20 cm) from the legs, place batting between them and overlay them on all sides.

Serving napkin
Serving napkins made from jeans look original and stylish. Although they are easy to make, the main thing is to stock up on enough jeans. After all, one pant leg will only make one napkin.
To make napkins, you need to lay out your trousers evenly and cut out a large rectangle from them (as wide as the width of your trousers will allow). And also rip off the patch pocket. Sew a pocket onto a rectangle of fabric, into which it is convenient to insert cutlery later. The edges of the rectangle are processed with canvas.You can decorate the napkin with lace, applique or brightly colored fabric.
Apron
Another indispensable thing in the kitchen, which is easy to make from jeans. The easiest way to cut an apron is from the back of the trousers, where the patch pockets are. Firstly, this is the widest part of the trousers, and secondly, you will no longer need to sew on pockets. You can sew an additional rectangle of fabric to the belt or leave it as a small apron.
Ribbons, fabric cuts, lace or beads are used as decoration, everything will be appropriate and attractive.
Hot coasters
The main requirement for hot coasters is that they do not let heat through to the countertop. Since denim has thick fibers, it will cope with this task with a bang! To make such a coaster, you need to cut out 2 pieces of fabric of the shape you like. Place insulation between them and stitch not only along the edge, but also along the main fabric. This will add greater density to the stand.
In addition, you can "bother" if you cut off all the seams from the jeans and put them between each other in the form of a woven rug. In this case, you will need to process the edges with fabric and that's it, the hot stand is ready!
Soft cover for a stool
Such a cover will not only become a real decoration of the kitchen set, but will also add coziness and comfort to the entire kitchen. To make such a soft pillow, you need to take two pieces of fabric the size of a chair seat, place synthetic padding or thin foam rubber between them and stitch along the edge, then quilt the workpiece in the center of the panels.
It is not necessary to take even pieces of trouser legs: if you show your imagination and choose several colors, you will get a real picture on a stool.
You shouldn’t throw away unfashionable or torn jeans; they can still be useful for original, and most importantly, necessary accessories for the kitchen.
